  • A person should follow a restricted diet. The most important thing is there will be no cheat days and alcohol consumption is a strict “NO”. 
  • The next step is drinking 4 gallons of water each day, for continuous 75 days. 
  • Now comes the physical part of the challenge, the individual must perform 2 sessions of workout, and it should be more than 45 minutes. Please note that it is important to perform a workout session outdoors. 
  • One should take a picture daily, to see the progress. 
  • This challenge not only transforms your physical strength, but also mentally as the individual should read a non-fiction daily, at least 10 pages of it. 
  • Another thing to mention is a 45-minutes mental challenge, this can include writing, journaling or meditation. 
  • The final and most essential step is to make No Complaints. The challenge can frustrate a person but it is a rule to “not to whine” or “not to make any complaints”.
