Staying organized in the long run is a blend of what you are doing and what you are not doing. To begin with, start with major priorities of the day, rather than deciding to do all of them together. Deciding to action all the priorities together will only take you back to square one, i.e being disorganized. In business language, these major priority things are called big rocks. Avoid procrastination on these big rocks until next week, so that they don’t pile up at the end of the month.

Delegation is important:

In order to remain organized as an entrepreneur, it’s important to learn to delegate tasks that you are not interested in doing, or do not have the time for. It’s completely understandable that trusting someone with something is not always an easy task. Therefore, while turning from an anti-delegator to master delegator you must consider a few parameters such as understanding why you are not delegating, measuring your progress, selecting the right persons, and learning from experience.
