Medanta Engages Over 1,250 Residents Across Noida and Gurugram on International Day of Yoga
Noida/Gurugram, June 24, 2026: Marking International Day of Yoga 2026, Medanta organized community wellness initiatives across Noida and Gurugram, engaging over 1,250 participants through yoga sessions and preventive healthcare awareness activities.
At Medanta Hospital, Noida, more than 1,000 residents participated in outreach programmes conducted across five locations in Gautam Buddha Nagar, including Spectrum Metro, Meghdutam Park, Sky Green Arch Society, Noida Diabetic Forum, and Noida Extension. The sessions focused on yoga, breathing exercises, stress management, and the role of healthy lifestyles in preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular ailments.
In Gurugram, Medanta – The Medicity, in association with The Art of Living, hosted a community yoga session that witnessed participation from over 250 residents. The event aligned with this year’s theme, ‘Yoga for Healthy Ageing’, and highlighted the role of yoga in supporting long-term physical and mental well-being.
Through these initiatives, Medanta reaffirmed its commitment to preventive healthcare and community wellness, encouraging individuals to adopt yoga and healthy lifestyle practices as part of their daily routine
