Preparations have begun to open coaching institutes on January 18 in Kota, Rajasthan, known as the coaching hub of the country. Two days before the state government has given permission to open coaching institutes, colleges and universities and schools from 9th to 12th standard.
In Kota, exercise is being done to meet the guidelines set by the state government. There are 10 large and more than 50 small coaching institutes here. Every year more than one and a half lakh students come from different states of the country for preparation of medical, engineering and other entrance examinations. There are more than 3 thousand hostels, around 1800 mess and more than 25 thousand PG rooms.
The coaching industry, hostels and other related works in Kota are considered to be worth about 3 thousand crores annually. The financial condition of the coaching institutes which remained closed for 9 months due to Corona epidemic had deteriorated significantly. An economic crisis had occurred in front of the people. Now two days ago, the government decided to re-start the coaching institute, hostels, then there was happiness on the faces of the local people. The operators are also preparing. Students who went to their homes before the lockdown, can now get the quota for preparation soon.
Only 50 percent of the capacity of the students will be placed in the classroom. Sanitation will be done at the entrance of the coaching along with checking the temperature of each student. Arrangements are being made to ensure that there is no crowd anywhere in coaching. Boards with slogans of “no mask or no entry” have been installed outside each intersection and coaching centers kota in rajasthan. Arrangements are being made to sanitize the class room daily. Only one student will be allowed to stay in one room of the hostel, earlier two to three students could stay. Instead of having meals together in the mess, the students will be decided at different times.
