You must have heard that good sleep is essential for good health. Let you know that your sleeping can help you with your diet. A research has revealed that taking enough sleep will lessen your desire to eat sweet. This way you will be able to cut your calories from your diet.
Due to not having 7 hours of sleep everyday increases the risk of heart disease. It also has an effect on metabolism. However, taking adequate sleep reduces the risk of these diseases. In a research at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, it has been found that with adequate sleep, insulin sensitivity increases in the body.
