The Foreign Ministry spokesman also said that through this project mutual cooperation between the two countries will increase. He further said that after the construction of these four units, carbon dioxide emissions will also be reduced. Significantly, Russia and China are constantly getting closer in the midst of increasing tension with the US. The two countries have disputes with the US and the European Union on several issues.
