Coronavirus: Pope Francis Said- ‘Those Who Have Come Forward These Days, They Are The Real Heroes’

Read Time:1 Minute, 45 Second

Pope Francis, the greatest religious leader of Christians, celebrated Palm Sunday in solitude beyond the devotees. Amidst the devastation caused by the Corona virus in adjoining Italy, the Pope said, people should do what is most important. Though our mind may be heavy with our sorrow, we should not forget the purpose of serving others.

Dharmaguru said- Look at the real heroes who have come forward these days. Nobody knew him before, he was not rich and was not successful either. But in these few days, he made life successful by doing big things. Should learn from them. Apparently the Pope’s reference was to doctors and nurses engaged in service work.

The pope has been carrying out religious ceremonies either alone or online on the advice of experts due to the ongoing lockdown in Italy for the past several weeks. He has been demanding mercy from God in his prayers. They have been describing service as the greatest deed of human religion. The Pope gave the same message on the occasion of Sunday Sunday. In the past years, tens of thousands of devotees and tourists have been participating in this event led by the Pope with olive leaves in hand.

His sermons have been heard, but this time the Pope completed this religious event within St. Peter’s Basilica. During this time he was accompanied by some helpers, some guests, nuns and a few people with disabilities. All these people were sitting far away and in the same form stood during prayer. During this time, the Pope in red clothes remembered the occasion when the Lord Jesus Christ sacrificed. This time, the impact of the epidemic has proved all the claims of security false. All expectations and arrangements have proved inadequate. Our heart is filled with emptiness and restlessness.

For such an occasion, the Lord Jesus said, “Take courage and open your heart for my love.” The Pope said, remove the cover and pay attention to the real purpose of life. This disaster has taught us to take things seriously. The severity of the signs should be understood.
