Realty shares down; Indiabulls Real Estate slips 4%

Realty stocks were Indiabulls trading in the negative zone on Wednesday in the morning session. Indiabulls Real Estate (below 4.52 percent), Prestige Estates Projects 0.88 percent (below 2.08 percent), Defense -0.49 percent (1.88 percent) and Brigade Enterprises (down 1 percent) were the biggest declines.Phoenix Mills (-0.62%), Suntec Realty (0.46%) and Godrej Properties (0.04%) were trading in the red zone.

The Indiabulls Nifty Realty Index was trading at 0.98 percent around 277.75 at 10:28.

The benchmark NSE NYTY50 index dropped 60.65 points to 11904.95, while the BSE Sensex dropped 209.53 points to close at 39.740.93.

In the Nifty index, 16 of the 50 shares were traded in the green, while 34 was traded.

The board of directors will meet on Thursday to consider the conditions of the right issue, including the Indiabulls percentage of entitlements, the total number of shares to be issued, the price of issuance and the date of registration. I have already received approval from stock exchanges to issue the proposed rights.
